And based on Cabinet Resolution No. (130) and dated (7/5/1429 AH) to form the Real Estate Contributions Committee, Cabinet Resolution No. (48) and dated 14/2/1430 AH, to approve the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and Resolution Cabinet No. (297) and dated (7/13/1435 AH), to amend the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
As the Real Estate Contributions Committee (liquidation) is in the process of selling the shareholding land, and within the framework of its interest and keenness to develop the joint role with the chambers of commerce and the real estate committees, and to provide a greater opportunity for investors to apply for the purchase of the lands of the contributions that the Committee is working on.
